   This pot came broken . The holes in the catch basket for the coffee we’re never even punctured all the way through and the water did not drip out . It was a very big mess and disappointing because we had an event with 150 people there .

   Same problem as others. The drip basket was not designed properly and the coffee did not drip through. The second unit would not work properly either. Until a redesign, I would not recommend purchasing this product.

   Bought before COVID and have only had a test run with a small amount of coffee. It seems to work okay. Not as big as it looks.

   The first coffee maker that was sent did not have the holes in the basket punched out so it would not allow the coffee to drip through. I sent it back and was sent a replacement. It also did not work!
