   I have recently switched back to using drip ground coffee instead of K-cups as they are so expensive, and it was getting harder and harder to find the brands and flavors I like. My normal coffeemaker is fairly large and does do the ground, but it can be a little cumbersome to use it just for one cup sometimes. When I saw this, I thought it would be great to try it and see if I could cut down on some counterspace items. It works great. It comes with the nicest thick bag to store it in, although the bag itself I cannot see being enough to protect the fragile glass of the dripper. You still need to use a coffee filter in it. I am using a reusable one I had to put in my machine to convert to using ground, just sitting it inside the glass dripper. The dripper funnel sits on a wooden piece that fits over the cup to hold it up. I cannot tell the difference in using this versus my regular coffeemaker, so I am definitely happy with it. My only concern is that the glass dripper is a little fragile, so I am worried it will break easy.

   This is a solid choice for a pour over device! It is glass and the ring is solid wood. It comes with a very plush velvet case. The coffee brewed tastes as good as my other pour over devices.
