I’m loving this machine. COVID shutdown Starbucks and this kept me going. It does a lot for $200 (the price I bought it for in the spring of 2020). It’s pretty easy to use.

First, like many other reviewers have mentioned, it’s loud. Secondly, for such a seemingly sophisticated piece of machinery, it does not have programmable features. That is also mentioned by many reviewers. Third, the pump would not draw water from the tank and the display flashed an error code. Messed with it for a bit, let it sit overnight to see if maybe there was a problem with air in the pump line that could be remedied with a little time. Didn’t work. Boxing it back up and sending it back.
