   Missing drain plug cap on arrival, I made one myself to seal the unit, which took about an hour to find the right size. The bottom heating element only stays hot during the brew cycle, so the pot needs to be moved to the upper burner as soon as the coffee is brewed. I have no idea if this is a defect or designed this way. The on/off switches seem to be backwards, down is on and up is off? i put labels on to help remind us. Brews a fast pot of coffee, but definitely not ideal. Vendor WantJoin says they will answer any email within 24 hours, it’s been a week and no response to my questions.

   This coffee maker should of been sold with 2 glass pots. I cannot find another one to match. 😔

   Would be nice if it had a cap on the back drain plug so the water you pour in didn’t run out on the floor. Useless as is

   It pretty much is everything you expect in a no-frills commercial coffee machine. I would like to mention that mine did, in fact, come with the drain plug included (and installed). Some have mentioned it’s absence, so I recommend checking to make sure before you fill it and fire it up. Other than that, nothing serious to mention or complain about, except I wish it came with 2 carafes to go on its 2 warmers. Oh well.

   It did not come with a drain plug and I got water all over my counter top and floor, plus now I have to go through the hassel of returning it and hopefully getting one with a drain plug!!!!!!!!
