Reinigung ist etwas schwierig. Kaffeesatz lässt sich z T. schwer entfernen.

How does this work with K-cups? I don’t see how it does and the instructions seem to say to use ground coffee. I’ve tried two different K-cup brands with slightly different cups and neither will fit and I don’t even see how it would work if it DID fit.
UPDATE: I tried inserting a K-Cup and using the pointed end below the screen to puncture it and slide it down into the hot water. It doesn’t work. I need advice or a refund ASAP.
