So I bought this a month ago and it is already not working properly. I set it up at night before bed and press the on button in the morning to brew. Well whenever I do that it only brews half the pot I set it for. It’s as if it is leaking water over night or something. I can’t figure it out but it has done it 4 times now so that I have to add the water in the morning before brewing. Very annoying given how new it is. Also doesn’t keep warm for 5 hours like it says, try 30 mins and yo have to keep getting up to turn the heater on every 30 minutes

We bought this as an affordable option that looks nice and modern for our newer AirBnB. Our first few guests to try it had major RAVES about it and all asked us where we got it from. We even had someone offer to buy it off of us for more than we paid for it! But we were honest and told them where they could get their own for the real price. Curious about why we were getting such great reviews and so many texts about it, we tried making our favorite local coffee blend in the coffeemaker when we were in between guests and WOW! All of a sudden the flavors were so much more complex and clean! The coffee didn’t need creamer or sugar. It was a pleasure to sit back and just drink it the way it was brewed! We will now also be trading in our Ninja coffee maker for this coffee maker! Highly recommend it!

Ordered on a whim. There were no reviews for this and I always rely on reviews. Lots of nice features, brews perfectly. I especially like the stay warm feature. Mine came with a coffee scoop, but I have a really nice stainless scoop that I prefer.

UPDATE:
After several months of use, this coffee maker is still doing a great job. While some may find the Clean feature annoying, I personally like the reminder. On the downside, I very much dislike the programming. It’s still a bit confusing and difficult to get the Stay warm feature set. If I could suggest anything to Taotronics it would be to make their programming easier and more straightforward.
UPDATE: The coffee this produces us great! Setting the timer for the Stay Warm feature is a nightmare!
@taotronics needs to be clear in the instructions! I’ll never purchase this brand again.
