I purchased this item from a brick and mortar store on December 23, 2022. Today’s date is July 30, 2023 and seven months and a couple of days later, this expensive machine no longer works.

The unit is now in the trash where it belongs since Keurig (after my calling them) won’t do anything about it.

Poor product, no customer service. I’ve purchased Keurig products for years. I will never purchase another Keurig product since Keurig refuses to stand by their products.

Do not waste your money on this unit. It is exceptionally poor value well under a year after purchase.
