   Brewing over 300 cups of espresso and cappuccino’s, we love this machine these last few months I can say it’s fast and precise and was a good purchase. I dislike the cheap plastic coffee tapper, they could of done so much better even at this price point. It’s important to empty the drain plate reservoir after every 4th brew as it flushes out the very hot water after the brewing and you don’t want it to overflow having water all over the place and make sure you snap it into place correctly putting it back so you don’t get water all over the place on your next brew. We played around a lot with it figuring out what brew and settings we like best and we enjoyed the process of discovery. Having a good coffee bean grinder makes the whole experience one we enjoy everyday. Also get the double walled glass coffee cups and in multiple sizes. Can’t believe how much longer the coffee stays hot and it’s beautiful watching the multiple colors of coffee and frosted steam milk layers interact and swirl inside the cup. Don’t forget the cinnamon. 😀

   Very disappointed – the water does not heat and the coffee is barely warm.
   The upside was that the milk frother works well but warm coffee straight out of the machine is not to my taste.

   Bought Feb 2022. Needs to be cleaned daily, including the catch tray. Milk container spout drips after use. I kept the extra milk/creamer mix in the container, but needs to be on a tray in the fridge to catch the drips. Flavor of coffee was nice, but overall not worth the $ or time to set up/clean up. Looking at a self grinding espresso machine and then use a hand frother- much less daily care.

   I really liked this but it has died after 15 months. Typically made one per day. Once in a while 2. I rinsed everything after every use and descaled on a regular basis. Makes great drinks and liked I could adjust to my preference.

   This machine has great features (19 bar pump, self cleaning button) but the materials are mostly soft cheap plastic. I have had it for 6 months and so far it is working well. The main difference in the flavor of coffee is to get a good grinder. I first used a cheap one and was disappointed with the coffee flavor. But after switching to an expensive grinder, I found it made all the difference in the world.

   I have had a it now for over a year and it works well. I make 3 – 4 cups a day, but not every day. It does not leak, but you have to drain the tray every now and then because the machine discharges extra water into the tray every time you make coffee. Also, not placing the tray correctly can lead to leaking. I use the frothing system rarely, so I cannot comment on the cleaning issue. For me, the machine works very well and makes a wonderful cup of coffee just how I like it, strong and creamy.

   Owned a messy espresso machine for a few years and it was poorly designed. Cheap plastic knob broke rendering the rest useless (as the cheap plastic post the knob was attached to gets stripped out).

   I want my money back or to have it replaced.
