   I’m really bummed about the avigator Single Serve Coffee Maker. It’s just not cutting it for me. The whole thing feels kinda cheap, like it might break if I look at it the wrong way. And the coffee? Meh. No matter what coffee I use, it comes out weak and bland. The travel mug it comes with seems like it’s gonna spring a leak any second, and cleaning the reusable filter is a pain. Honestly, it’s not worth the hassle. I’d steer clear and look for something better.

   We LOVE this coffee maker!!! comes with an awesome cup, makes GREAT coffee, and looks amazing. I really cannot think of a possible negative thing to say about this, it’s exactly what i’d hope a single serve coffee maker to be. It’s PERFECT for busy people who want their coffee to be made while they get ready, and then take their cup in the car with them as they drive to work!

   The size on this is great because you can bring this to your college dorm and it fits anywhere. The only problem i have with this is that the cup it comes with is very small. Like most coffee lovers i enjoy a larger cup of coffee and this small cup feels like half the size of a starbucks small. Other than that it works great and you can realistically just put it in another cup.

   Pretty solid coffee maker. Self explanatory to use and makes an okay cup of coffee. It’s not the hottest so I have to put it in the microwave after I put creamer etc. And big warning if you’re making multiple back to back cups, put the water first before refilling the coffee grains as it will pop momentarily and splash grains all over. Learned the hard way. Also the on and off button gets stuck sometimes and that’s weird. But it’s okay.

   It works but it’s nothing to write home about. I’ve noticed coffee grainsat the bottom of my coffee cup so don’t take the last little sip. It comes with a scoop and travel mug which is a nice bonus.

   This one-cup coffee maker is awesome. It comes with a very nice insulated mug, a reusable coffee filter, and a scoop for coffee grounds. It’s pretty much just like a small coffee maker you’d find in a hotel except it’s much cuter, and of course has a reusable filter. To make a cup of coffee, you simply use the included mug to add water to the holding area, add coffee grounds to the filter, close the lid, and press the on button. Within a minute, you have a cup of hot coffee. The filter is super easy to remove and rinse clean, and you just leave the lid open for a while to allow the inside to dry. Note that you may want to use two scoops of coffee grounds if you like your coffee strong like I do. The only thing that would make this single serve coffee maker better is if it could be cordless and rechargeable. One last thing, I would describe the color as teal vs light green. I included a pic of the product in between a teal bowl and a light green bowl for reference.

   This coffee maker is perfect for me because I drink small amounts of coffee. It’s perfect for traveling too. I can take it to my office at work, or take it along on trips and use it my hotel room. I really that it comes with a 10 ounce cup that matches the machine. It also comes with a reusable filter too which is a huge bonus!!

    Overall, I think this is a very good little drip coffee maker for easily brewing the perfect amount for a cup on the go. It is compact in all dimensions with no wasted space and includes a cute little travel mug with its own easy to seal/unseal lid. It brewed a nice clean cup of coffee for me. The only two things that they should change is that the travel mug really should be insulated stainless steel, as it appears to be in the listing, and the pad at the bottom of the coffee maker should keep the coffee warm until you turn it off. But seeing as how the main use for this is to brew a quick cup to have right away or take in the to-go mug, not keeping it warm is not as big of a problem.

    You have to plug this in and turn it on in order for it to work. I was frustrated originally but there’s a switch on the back you must hit. It works great for single use. Stylish. Not super high-end looking but it gets the job done. Great for travel or camping too!

    Ok sooo…I was really excited about this. I WANTED to love this. The machine itself does feel really flimsy but it does brew the coffee. The pic is how small it actually is compared to my normal travel cup. I followed instructions and it says only one scoop of coffee for a cup? That coffee was far too weak, I’d say you need at LEAST 2 heaping scoops for a decent cup of coffee. Even the buttons are flimsy. The instructions say to run it first with just water, which I did with no problem, and I instantly realized the cup was EXTREMELY hot. Then I went to run a cup of coffee directly afterwards and the ON button did not want to activate. The buttons themselves are so cheap. This is a pass for me.

    This review is for the Avigator Single Serve Coffee Maker, Single Cup Coffee Maker for Ground Coffee, Personal Drip Coffee Brewer with 10-Ounce Travel Mug and Reusable Coffee Filter While this is a cute little coffee pot, there is a big issue for me. First of all, the travel mug appears in the images to be a stainless steel insulated mug, but it is lined with plastic. This makes it very hot to handle–even with the rubber grip around it. I will not be using the travel mug at all for this reason and the fact that plastic and food are not a great combination. It’s a shame because an double-walled, stainless steel insulated travel mug would make this brew system so much better. The lid and lip are extra wide, the air hole vent to help your drink flow is too small, and the seal turns and sticks up too far making drinking (if you choose to drink out of it) especially awkward. I did a test with water and it took exactly five minutes from start to finish. There was considerable steam on the outside of the brewer. I did not expect that much steam escaping from the mug that fits pretty exactly into the space. Plusses are the coffee filter basket and the provided measuring scoop. The coffee maker is also fully plastic and feels very cheap. I could see this in a college dorm or a pot for someone who only drinks coffee on occasion, but not as a workhorse pot for long-term use. If my opinion changes I will update this, but for now I have to say I’m disappointed by this product. It’s a great idea, but needs better quality.

    This Avigator Single Serve Coffee Maker, Single Cup Coffee Maker for Ground Coffee is so adorable. It’s a beautiful light green color and I originally thought it was gonna be a little bit bigger in size but it is definitely for one person. Now of course you can make multiple cups but the cup size itself is so cute. I felt like I was going back in time to maybe some of my teenage years but it’s a nice size to get the job done. It was easy to put together and clean and rinse as well as the little scooper they provided was just a plus for me because that’s something I struggle with with adding my coffee to anything. Great setup and everything was just fresh and hot. Thank you.
