I was quite excited at the arrival of my brand new Mr. Coffee machine. I was extremely disappointed to find out the the blender did not work. I re-read the instructions numerous times and attempted to make the drink five times without success. My Mr. Coffee deserves 0 stars!!! I’m still waiting for my refund.

Took a week to get the item in and then 2 different parts were missing. No straw for the cup and the middle of the lid was also missing. The main coffee maker was also very dusty and appeared used.

Do not spend your money on this absolute pile of horse $^%_!!! The blender has a loose lid, that no matter how you lock it or hold it, it FLINGS your coffee every where!! Who put through development and production a lid on a blender that doesnt seal??? I just wanna talk. Anyway. Bye. Dont buy this.
