Wish it were possible to give no stars that is what I would give Bella. I did not have this product bit another Bella product. The glass coffee pot was broke and I was unable to get any help from customer service as how to replace or measurements. Not a very good experience. Some the customer service personnel did not know their policies. It was very unprofessional. I have a coffee maker but can’t find a replacement coffee pot. I could go on but you have the picture. Oh yes, I was told that a manager would contact me, I am still waiting. Also That I would receive measurements, still waiting.
