   I usually don’t make the time to write reviews. But for this machine I’ll make an exception. If you like Lattes, Cappuccinos, or just espresso in general then you NEED this machine! I used a home espresso machine & a milk frothing pitcher up until a few months ago. I never got a latte that was similar to Starbucks. And let me tell you, the clean up was a pain in the bootie. So a few weeks ago I went on the hunt for a replacement. I was thinking maybe I’d just get a bigger milk frothing pitcher. Well… you know how coffeemakers.us.com will throw those little suggestion ads as you scroll down? Well the Nepresso machine was there. Then I went down the rabbit hole looking at Nepresso. Well, this bad boy popped up. I looked at the price. And was like “Oh hell no”. Then I kept looking & coming back to it. After watching a couple YouTube videos I was convinced I needed it. A day later it arrived. And OMG I’m in love. My latte tastes like I have a barista hidden in my basement (which I don’t recommend because of the upkeep and legal ramifications).

   Where do we start… as a coffee loving family, we have been living in the dark ages of the French press (that we still enjoy from time to time). We had a cappuccino from a host family for a bible study we attended and my wife fell in love with it. I like it too, but she really loved it. It does make perfect coffee every time. They are always too far out of our budget. But last month this Touch model went on sale and we had the funds so we bought it. It has worked flawlessly. The easy cleaning feature of the milk dispenser is fantastic. It just makes usage so much simpler. The only (although it is petty) suggestion is that it would’ve been great to dispense hot water for teas. We are saving a lot of money on coffee shops and enjoying regular decaf versions of our favorite coffees at night.

   I’ve had this for two weeks now, and I am a big coffee person and I have a breville espresso machine in my house that we used daily. We got this for something easier to use with the same level of quality and taste of an actual cappuccino & latte, THIS IS an AMAZING machine!
   It’s easy to clean, easy to use, I have nothing bad to say! I like Starbucks blonde roast capsules so far and am waiting for my Nespresso pods order to come in, but all in all, GREAT MACHINE.
   Program the latte and cappuccino settings to set your desired amount of milk, I cannot recommend this enough, it’s a joy in the pandemic to have this machine in my house. It costs $.72 to make a latte now versus $5.00 from Starbucks and it tastes WAY better too!

   I love this machine. I went back and forth between machines, and I liked this one because of the options. It was easy to assemble and operate. Instructions were easy to follow.

   I love the coffee. I love espresso and strong coffee. This is some of the best coffee I’ve ever had.

   I bought my pods from Nespresso, not coffeemakers.us.com. The machine came with samples though.

   We use a variety of coffee machines both at work and in our primary residence and weekend home. At work and in house number one we have been using Nespresso Virtuoline for over a year. I have thought it a big improvement over Nespresso Original but wanted to try an “original” model again for two reasons: 1. we had one in our hotel room in New York last Spring and liked it, and 2. coffeemakers.us.com has sent me a enormous number of “original” capsules to review. So I set up this attractive, white cappucino maker next to the Virtuo machine. I like its small footprint and the color is nice, although my wife’s reaction is that “it’s white – it’s going to make coffee – it’s going to turn black.” Not sure she’s right about that but that was her reaction. The milk frothing mechanism does seem to work although the disassembly, washing, and reassembly instructions seem extremely complicated. The parts are supposed to be top drawer dishwasher washable (and that’s the recommended procedure) but the parts are so small there is no way I can put them all in the top drawer of the dishwasher (unless I get some sort of cage to wash them in – probably I will). I managed to make cappuccino this morning, using our usual almond milk. It works, but frankly the final product tastes identical to the way I usually prepare it, which is by scalding the milk in the microwave for 45-60 seconds and then putting the coffee on top of that. There’s all kinds of crazy instructions about cleaning the frother (and I guess the whole machine) every two days. We are surprised that the coffee itself is more like the coffee we get from the virtuo machine, which is whipped up and frothy itself (even without the milk). This morning, the machine started itself when I put the capsule in but before I had closed the lever and before I had put a cup under the spigot. Not a disaster because I had plenty of time to cope with it but I’m just saying I observed a malfunction. Either that or the machine read my mind. I’m attaching a photo showing the machine (without the milk attachment) next to our Virtuo machine. It feels much smaller than the Virtuo machine, which is a good thing although I think the photo makes them appear to be pretty much the same size. It makes decent coffee. I don’t know that the milk attachment is worth the hassle.

   I only wondered WHY DIDNT I PURCHASED AN ESPRESSO MACHINE SOONER ??!! The best machine ! My husband and i are coffee addicts and i was thinking for awhile to stop buying coffee from coffee shops and make mine and im glad i did! Its literally the easiest machine to use. I kind of got nervous with the reviews that said it is hard to use, so i went to the official nespresso site and read the instructions before i received it so i was prepared! They are so easy plus they have videos as well! Not sure why people complain about the cleaning or how complicated it is to make it work.. its literally easy. People say its expensive but maybe they compare their cost to american cofffee if thats what they only drink. But if youre an espresso/cappuccino fan then definitely you will save money with this one ! Its day 3 and i found myself having like 3 double espresso/cappuccino a day. It doesnt take a long time and im glad i can have some caffeine in seconds! They have such a big flavor selection plus i made small (hidden)instruction for friends and family when they visit

    I really liked this product a lot, but it stopped working after about 6 months with the latte part. The espresso still works, but its very unfortunate. I contacted the company though coffeemakers.us.com and they asked me to call in. I have tried this several times but I am on hold and no one ever answers for long periods of time. I understand during covid that there will be lon wait times, but also I am very reliant on this machine to make coffee in the mornin so I can shelter in place responsibly. Again, I really liked the machine till it stopped working and am a bit frustrated with the customer service since nothing got resolved with this. Pricey machine for much the espresso only after 6months.

    Finally, I met my best coffee maker. This Nespresso machine could serve hot milk or milk form. In the Morning, I need a lot of brew coffee for my family, so I use regular brew coffee maker. And each person add their favorite style of milk on their coffee by Nespresso machine.
    I use Nespresso for my afternoon coffee. Aroma, coffee taste, so good. Easy to use. Easy to set up your favorite coffee.
    One point I feel inconvenience, which is when I wash a milk server parts, I have to keep the milk pod without lid in the fridge. How do people keep it? Use plastic wrap? Back to original milk box? ( I do not want to )
    I thought if there is a lid for it, it’s would be nice more and more. ( I will buy if they sell )
