This coffee press is simple to use, easy to clean and does what it intends to do without hesitation. I have used this press for more than coffee, and each time it powers through whatever I throw at it (all food consumables). I have not had any issues with it leaking or leaching around the seals of the plunger. I love that it is nice thick plastic, a quality metal filter, and includes a cup to catch what your are pressing with a lid. All of the parts easily come apart when it is time to clean up. I only handwash this product because I do not want it to degrade the silicone or plastic faster than need be.

I really wanted to like this product. I don’t have space in my kitchen for a coffeemaker, and I find normal French presses too annoying to clean.
I have successfully made coffee with it… but not without making a mess. I couldn’t find instructions, so I came back to the product page. It still took a moment to understand what went where, but it wasn’t too difficult. The only issue is that I have not been able to use it without coffee seeping from the sides, even when using the cup it comes with (a normal coffee mug was too small for the base). I will try a couple of more times and update my review if I can figure out what I’m doing wrong or if it’s just not a great design, but I think a pour-over would just be an easier solution.
