Maybe i received a defective one but purchased this in April 2023 and it has quit already. Only use for 2 cups of coffee daily but some days do not use. It was a great machine while it lasted. Nice features and compact. I have never had a Keurig last longer than four years and they are so expensive. Trying to get warranty from Keurig was a nightmare but they are finally sending me a replacement. Did not want to take my coffeemakers.us.com receipt as a valid receipt. Finally convinced them it was valid. May not purchase a Keurig in the future and will look for other options if needed.
