   I ordered this coffee maker for my mom and the auto shut off feature was the main reason for the purchase. However, when the product arrived we found there, in fact, was no auto shut off feature. So if thats important to you, order a different coffee maker!!

   I love this coffeemaker. I have had it for MANY years (about 10 years now) and it continues to make excellent great-tasting coffee. I will continue to use it and am ordering one for my sister who uses those annoying expensive little coffee cups that have no flavor compared to my brewed coffee in the Mr Coffee coffee maker. I LOVE LOVE LOVE the auto off in one hour. Other pots don’t have this feature nor do they have the pause feature where you can pour a cup of coffee and it does not continue to brew, spilling coffee everywhere, until you put the pot back in. I lOVE that also! You can also set the coffee maker to brew at whatever time you want. I absolutely live for my morning coffee and this is a perfect coffee maker.

   This is a very well made and heavy duty coffee maker designed for Hotel room use. I am very pleased with the auto-shut-off feature, and you can pull the pot out while brewing without any mess. It is simple to use and clean. Makes great coffee.
