I ordered this product because I previously purchased a Sunvivi manual single brew coffee maker and was very pleased with the product until the 140z function no longer worked. So, I read the positive reviews on this the newer model. I wonder if they were AI generated. It took awhile to receive the product, the package was intact, I followed all instructions and did all the troubleshooting possible. The product did not turn on even after trying several outlets. Very disappointed.

Poor quality plastic coffee maker. The drip tray lid and water reservoir lid are loose and flimsy and don’t fit tight enough, allowing bugs or debris to drop in…needs tighter closures or snap in like the keurig. The control buttons are touch screen and respond slowly when pressed, if at all. Not as user-friendly as other coffee makers I’ve owned. These are my opinions your experience may be better.

This coffeemaker is excellent. I’m able to use either k-cups and ground coffee. Very quiet and quick. I had a problem with the first one I received, so I contacted Sunvivi and had excellent customer service from Cherry, who was very attentive and polite. After confirming the problem, they sent me a new coffeemaker quickly via FedEx. Definitely recommend.

So many pluses and here are 7 reasons to buy it!!!! 1. Love that it is slim and fits so easy on my counter top. 2. The k cup holder is so much easier to remove than the keurig as well as the ground coffee holder make with cover. 3. the handles on the cup holder makes it so much easier to use. 4. the “handle” on the water drip tray is very handy to clean. 5. it is easy to fill the water tank, only thing, I wish it held a bit more water 40oz? 5. the led lights make it easy to select amt of water, kcup or ground. 6. love that the kcup can be put in at beginning and not wait for water to heat. 7. Water dispenses quickly and is hot making a great cup of hot coffee . I would definitely buy again and highly recommend i!!!!

I bought this unit as a replacement for the brand name. So far, I’m so happy with it. Four cup sizes are available in addition to different programs for pods & ground coffee. The tank size is 20 oz so it can do multiple cups. Heating is super fast and the LCD screen is bright and clear.
