Product was good as long as you didn’t switch between k-cup and the full pot. After a few months the button to switch broke and stays on the pot side. Very poor design. Slow to brew but no complaints on that. It takes about the normal time plus about half of it.

the single cup pod brew does not brew. The hot water does go in through the K-cup, it ends up in the reservoir for the carafe. I’ll be returning this item and will look for something different but similar. The item I received was not new. There was water droplets in the carafe reservoir, no plastic wrap around the item, there was dust on the item. Packaging was not good, a single piece of paper does not work to keep the item from sliding around inside the shipping box. Not happy at all. I like the idea if a carafe and k-cup in one. The k-cup is good for me and the carafe is good for my son.

I believe the water reservoir is a great convenience compared to having it put water in each time to make it cup of coffee.

This is our second of this coffee pot. The first one wouldn’t work on the single cup side. Would just say “over”. Did a return with coffeemakers.us.com and did exact replacement. That replacement came in missing parts. We used parts from the old one. This one said “f IL” the first time we used the cup side. Unplugged and tried again. This time it worked. However, about 10 minutes after the cup was made, the machine released the remainder of the water in the reservoir on my counter. Sending this one back today as well with a refund instead. Buying the Ninja from Walmart!
