This is a fantastic piece of kit for a coffee drinker who loves a pour over. It’s also handy if you only have a kettle in your workplace and not an actual coffee pot. I am in both of those camps so this is a welcome addition to my coffee making collection.
It’s a bit tedious to use for a large travel mug but for a one-off mug of coffee I love this. It comes with the perfect sized filters but I also tested it with a #4 because that’s what else I had on hand and it worked just fine.
I like that I can put it in the dishwasher and also if it sits on the counter it is pretty enough to not junk up the place.

My previous metal filter dripped too slowly, left sediment in my coffee, and I wasn’t sure I could wash it in the dishwasher. This one uses a paper filter, drips faster and no sediment. I usually just rinse it, but occasionally put it in the dishwasher. Plus, it looks pretty!
