Works great. Easy to use. Brews fast. Keeps it hot for up to 4 hours which I need since my husband gets up much earlier than me. Easy to clean. Don’t overfill the water canister is my only suggestion or it spills out and runs underneath it. This is my second one and we love it!

Had a hard time looking for a coffee maker that had a side water container that wasn’t a keurig. This one fits nicely between our counter and upper cabinets and can easily be filled and prepped for coffee without moving it.

I love everything about this Ninja except for the fact that you can’t pour out of the Carafe. I’ve never had such crappy pouring Carafe. I would’ve thought they would’ve tested the thing with real world coffee drinkers. Good luck getting that pot into your thermos.

The pot makes a great cup of coffee. The only downside is that it does not make a full carafe of coffee. The carafe is still 3/4 empty when trying to make a full pot.
