   It’s not easy to see from the photo but this is pretty small, for a single cup. I often find it cumbersome so make French press with a full size so this is great for when I feel like one. Usually I have drip and this is great for those times. It made an intense but enjoyable coffee. You can try your ratio, this is a good size for experimenting. The glass feels fragile so be gentle. The filter cap is also not right up against the spout so you have to use very coarse ground coffee otherwise you could have some pour out. Easy to clean and takes very little storage space. Some extra circle filters would be nice.

   We are all coffee drinkers in our house. My grandmother and fiance drink much more than I do, but we all enjoy a nice cup every now and then. My fiance has wanted a French Press for many years. She had coffee at a family member’s house from a French Press and loved it. So we got this small French Press for her to use. It is small – only meant for a maximum of 12 ounces at a time. It’s perfect for a single cup of coffee. The canister is entirely made of glass and the plunger/filter is made with metal and plastic. There are instructions on the side of the box that tell you how to make coffee using the press. The coffee came out extra smooth and very flavorful. We just used regular Columbian flavored ground coffee to make the pressed drink. It was wonderful. We mixed it with some flavored creamer and enjoyed the drink. While this might just be a beginner’s French Press it worked really well and was easy to clean up. We think this is a good value for what you get.

   It’s easy to spill! If you push down on it as you’re supposed to, coffee can come flying out the spout! So i do it very slowly now. It’s very dainty, like a child’s pretend coffee maker. The smallness contributes to it’s problems in functioning property. Get a different one, this isn’t worth the hassle!

   I love the size because the cup pictured is 12oz so l only drink one cup a day so it’s perfect for my needs. I camp quite a bit and wanted something l could use with out electricity. If there’s anything negative it would be pour slow if you don’t it drops down the side. Other then that lm pleased and well worth the money invested. You might say l’m a happy camper.

   I love the it! Coffee is delicious. The only thing I don’t like is that, even with the brush, I can’t get the bottom of the jar completely clean. It most have a crevice in the bottom and the coffee gets stuck there. That’s why 4 and not 5 stars.

   Sometimes you just want to make a small amount of coffee but a bigger container means more to clean. I wanted a single serving size French press with markings for oz/ml so I would know exactly how much I’m making. Works great! Even has a double mesh filter!

   I purchased this to make foam for my expresso, I’ve knocked it against the faucet twice and dropped it 3 times. Each incident was more than ones which have destroyed pricier presses.     I’ve never used one of these before but it came with instructions and was super easy to use ! There was a little bit of user error. Just make sure you push down slow so that no grounds get into your coffee. Overall I love it and will use it everyday.

    Love small footprint, measure and cute kitty.🌈 If you’re a butterfingers or dislike hand washing, I would pass. But for anyone looking for single serving French press that’s functional and fun; buy this! Just don’t overfill so that the filter catches all the grinds and you’re golden.

    It was great while it worked. Then I came apart and was unable to put anything back together regarding the filter strainer etc. rendered it useless
