the green circle shows the extra space between handle & screw,
so I guess will need a screw driver to tighten this 1 loose screw !

This is a good product if you just want it to look good on your countertop. It is poor quality. The wooden top does not fit properly nor does it seal. Ordered 2- the first one that glass broke when trying to place the top on correctly. It gets stuck if you do get it to close all the way. Would not purchase again.

Bought this press for my granddaughter to use to make tea. Really nice looking, but when she opened the box. the bamboo handle was broken off. Despite her disappointment, coffeemakers.us.com allowed us to return the defective product which I reported on Christmas Day, and a new one arrived January 4th. Although disappointed for the wait, now she is happy. Customer service was acceptable.
