I tried contacting support, however the number posted is wrong here.
The machine was initially working, but later stopped brewing – looked like it was blocked. I cleaned it with special solutions more than once but it did not do the trick. I later noticed that the espresso capsules were not perforated well by the machine.
Very dissatisfied by this product. Also support/manufacturer is not reachable.

Quick instructions. I am adding because I had to review to get it right. Place coffee pod in machine and close the lid. Press the button for whatever size you select. Make the coffee, release the lever and the coffee pod will be in the bottom receptical.

Functions like a similar Nespresso model. I only live here a few months a year. There was already a Keurig, which tastes very light, so adding a high pressure shot makes my cup more satisfying.
Easy to clean. Easy to fill w/o removing the tank. Tip: Set it on a plastic cutting board w/a handle and you can easily slide it in and out.

On first try, the unit spilled all the water that should have become coffee all over the counter, it appears from below the unit near a rear corner. Tried to make a second cup and it again spilled all the water of what should have become the coffee over the counter again. I opened up the unit and tried to get all the water out, let it dry for a couple of days and sent it back. I thought I’d give this company, which I’m not familiar with, a second chance so I received a second unit. I apprehensively set it up and it worked. So far it’s been fine with original Nespresso capsules. This time I first ran the unit twice with just water. It helped because on the first run the water came out yellow with some specs of something, the second time it came out clear. It’s winter and it’s been quite cold in New England. Perhaps, during shipment, residual water in the machine froze and burst the hose or location where the water sat during shipment. Otherwise, seems quite surprising that a new unit wouldn’t work, hopefully it will last. I packaged up the first unit to send back as if it were new, so you might want to skip any offers of a “like new looking” unit offered by coffeemakers.us.com Warehouse in case the team at coffeemakers.us.com that received my first unit back thought it looked fine, even though I pointed out that it didn’t work.
