After my very expensive grind and brew coffee maker bit the dust, I needed an inexpensive replacement quickly. I purchased this coffee maker and wasn’t exactly sure what to expect. It works just as expected. I was surprised to find a 12 cup programmable coffee pot for this price and was pleasantly surprised that it works very well. Just be sure, to use the programmable feature you press the power button twice so it is lit up blue (I misplaced my manual and had a hard time getting the preset feature to actually function)
Overall it was a very good purchase

This coffee maker does a good job at brewing coffee and keeping it warm. I gave it a 5-star rating despite two minor issues. It gets a bit loud when it finishes its cycle. And the water level lines are hard to read. I marked them with a magic marker- problem solved. These minor issues were offset by the customer service I received. One time when I was rinsing the basket, the spring-loaded valve for stopping flow when one pours an early cup popped off. I retrieved the dome-shaped part and spring but could not find the rubber gasket. I called customer service and got very quick and pleasant help The rep said she would mail (from Ontario) a replacement and apologized profusely. It has not arrived yet (mail service now is SLOW), and in the meantime we found the gasket on the floor. We are back to making great coffee. Customer service counts for a lot! We recommend this coffee maker.

I had bought this item before and it was so well made. This one is made of cheap plastic and not worth the money.
As with most items today companies tend to make cheaper ones so you have to re buy.
Buy cheap buy twice.

No stars! Coffee is flavorless, water stays lukewarm. A terrible coffeemaker.

It does not keep the coffee hot?

Love this coffee maker. Easy to program so waking up to the smell of hot coffee is amazing. Love that it has a good hot brew as well. Would def buy again.

About the coffee pot for 3 months started off working fine and now I’m still waiting for a cup of coffee takes about 45 minutes to brew a pot I’ve tried cleaning it and everything

I like this coffee maker. It is easy to use and makes the coffee hot. I really didn’t need the clock or delayed start. I do like the maker shuts off after 2 hours. It is taller and thinner than my last coffee maker, that is a bonus to not take up countertop space.

Let me start off by saying the coffee tasted good. Yes, the coffee maker worked well but, the temperature of the coffee was not hot enough. The reason I am giving this product only one star is the poor quality in manufacturing. The clock was broken. I couldn’t set the time or use the programming. Very cheaply made. It felt like a toy. I understand this was not an expensive coffee maker. Although there are some great features for the value, they didn’t work. They should have left the features off and charged $15. At that price and the good coffee that it brewed, I would have given it a 5 star rating.
With that being stated, I want to also state that coffeemakers.us.com is fantastic as always. They never fail a customer when their not satisfied. Thank you coffeemakers.us.com!

Completely satisfied with this coffee maker. I programmed it to come on first thing in the morning (5 AM!) and coffee is ready for us when we get up. I followed the directions for cleaning and programming which were very easy to follow. I like it better than my old Mr. Coffee.

I wonder where can I get a carafe replacement ? I broke mine and I would love to continue using the coffre maker. Thanks

I bought this back in 2019 when it was labeled “Betty Crocker,” but it still comes up as this one on my past orders. It’s 2024 and it’s still working well, making great coffee, (personally I think the beans are more important than the machine) despite the fact that the heating plate has been rusty since almost the beginning. Fortunately I have a high tolerance for that gritty sensation, and it hasn’t hurt the carafe or stopped keeping the coffee warm. When you pour in the water you will almost always have some spillage, so if you don’t want rust, be sure to wipe that plate dry. I use unbleached paper filters because it’s easier to dump out the grounds and makes clearer coffee, but I keep the strainer one as a backup in case I run out. I haven’t tested the “steal a cup” feature, because I had a bad experience in the past with a different machine getting clogged and overflowing all over the counter, so my first act with this machine was to break that part off. The pot fills up plenty fast to wait until it’s done. I have used the program feature, and it worked, but most times I grind my beans and set it up the night before and hit the On button in the morning. It’s ready before I finish emptying the dishwasher. Would I buy the same again? Yes but I’d give that plate another coat of heat-resistant paint.

It is NOT a Stainless Steel Coffee Maker – it IS a same-ole, same-ole PLASTIC Coffee Maker as all the others with a few Stainless Steel Decorative face plates, etc. – which is fine with me, but it just bugged me the way the marketing hype is used; including the video, which shows WATER LEVEL INDICATOR LINES clearly; HOWEVER, the Water Level Indicator lines on the coffee pot and on the unit I received are NEARLY IMPOSSIBLE to read (even with a flashlight). I painted a small dot at each cup level indicator on the unit with pale pink nail polish. That shows up “ok” but not nearly as well as any of the Mr. Coffee units I’ve had over the years…. It’s an important issue for me since the coffee bar is not anywhere near a sink or bright light and we fill it with bottled water from gallon jugs. Hey, it makes coffee – what more do I want, right? AND it came the NEXT DAY – YAY \0/ That’s an important point when your coffee pot dies.
