   I don’t like this machine.. I received it may 6th of this year and I already have problems with it.. I fill it with water like I’m supposed to and it literally brews a mouthful of coffee. It’s happened more than once so I would like to get my money back or have a new one sent to me. I will gladly send this one back. I had to press brew 3 times to get this amount that I have now.. not even a mouthful..please refund me or replace this machine.

    It clogs constantly and I find myself taking it apart for cleaning every two to three uses! I’m using only licensed Keurig cups! Very frustrating! I’ve tried every method in the book to prevent this from happening, but it just doesn’t matter. This is a matter of a serious design flaw, period.

    I purchased this mini Keurig to take with me when I visit my son, who doesn’t drink coffee. I must have my morning coffee! (Keurig needs to make a travel case!) It also saved the day when the carafe broke on our regular coffee pot — I used it until the replacement carafe arrived. It is easy to use and brews quickly. The drain tray is removable to accommodate taller mugs (see photo), but I wish it would accept more than 10 oz. of water so that you can better adjust the strength of the coffee. I haven’t had any quality problems so far, using it intermittently.

    Update 10/24 it stopped brewing correctly after two months of use not recommended. works fine no issues up to now and bought it used. Coffee could be hotter cause if you use a cold flaverd creamer it makes coffee warm quick that didnt happen with my drip mr ☕️ coffee maker. Otherwise it is cheaper made than the other keurig models but does the job for one cup at a time consistently. Get a reusable kcup the purple fill n save cups worked well . Have Java Day !

    It’s absolutely perfect. My first keurig was one just like this. Worked beautiful. Being the person I am and after using it myself for a long time, I gave it to my grandson as he didn’t have one. Then I bought a bigger keurig that had lots of added features. I used that one for a long time and it worked perfectly fine. Then after a year I’m thinking to myself, this is really big and I’m the only one who uses it and it takes up a lot of space on my tiny counter, SO I gave it to my granddaughter, who simply loves it because she LOVES coffee and was without a coffee pot. I then went back to this size, which performs as excepual as the bigger one and it fits much better on my tiny counter and I’ve spread the keurig way of brewing to two other people. No wait, forgot I bought one for my daughter as a housewarming present. 😀

    I love the the “denim” color option and the size is perfect for my limited space. Works well for one hot cup at a time, which is what I like. You do need to remove the base to use a tall mug, but it’s very simple to pop out and replace.

    EXTREMELY disappointed. Bought this as a replacement for what I thought was the same model, but clearly they changed something or this was defective. Only bought because we changed the color of our kitchen color scheme and LOVED this color. Had my previous one for over 4 years and never had a problem even with heavy use. Right at 1 year after getting this one it stopped brewing. I took it apart completely and cleaned it and I still have to clean the needle every day and even that doesn’t guarantee a good brew. 75% of the time the coffee comes out so watery you can see straight through to the bottom of the mug. We’re switching to another brand even though Keurig is the only brand I’ve used for years. Coffee makers should last more than a single year. What a shame.

    I had a larger Keurig before buying this one. I like this one much better. It takes up much less space on the counter and I actually like that water doesn’t sit in it all the time. There are measuring indicators inside that tell you where the 6, 8, and 10oz level is, but I find it easier to just fill up my cup and pour it in. It is quiet, fast, and shuts off automatically after 90 seconds of non use.

    My wife and I were looking for something that took up less space on our counter while we were living in an apartment waiting for our house to be built… the Keurig K15. It’s compact and doesn’t take up nearly as much space as my K55. There are three minor setbacks that you should be aware of. 1) There is no reservoir.. Water must be added every time you wish to brew a cup. We thought it’d be smart for us to just keep one cup of water always “loaded’ in the heating tank and another cup in the measuring reservoir… that was a mistake. We quickly found out that once you open to put a k-cup in, it dumps the water from the measuring reservoir into the heating tank. The heating tank was already full and water went all over the counter. 2) Because there is no tank, the machine heats the water on demand. This takes additional 2-3 mins to brew. 3) It’s definitely shorter than I expected. It’s actually too short to fit any of our regular 10 oz mugs without removing the drip tray. Kind of a bummer because it’s definitely not tall enough, even with the drip tray removed, to fit any of our travel mugs. This isn’t to say that your regular/travel mugs won’t work, but ours didn’t. We just leave the drip tray removed all the time. When we want to use our travel mugs, we have to use two cups to get the job done. I’ve included some photos so you can see what I’m referring to. I have to take a 1 star away for the fact that, without removing the drip tray, it doesn’t really fit anything other than standard 6-8 oz cups (like you might find a Denny’s or IHOP). I would take a 2nd star away because, although it can brew a 10 oz cup, it doesn’t fit ANY of our insulated travel mugs. Obviously that’s not Keurig’s fault but it still annoys me that I have to brew into one cup and pour it into my travel mug..

    I’m not sure what Keurig was thinking with the dimensions of this unit. This isn’t some bizarrre criticism of someone trying to stuff a 20oz mug into a Keurig that can only dispense up to 10oz. My normal 8-10oz coffee cups will not fit the K15 without removing the drip tray, which basically means there will be no circumstance where I could use this unit WITH the drip tray, which would almost certainly mean a constant mess. My 16oz Thermos won’t fit this unit at all, even with the drip tray removed. I was planning to dispense two 6oz servings into my 16oz Thermos for taking on the go.

    Pretty great little coffee brewer, I’m not one to drink a lot of coffee at once so this is perfect. Mine did not come with the plastic cup measurement guide that goes in the water reservoir but there’s really no need for it. The pot brews exactly the amount of water poured into it.     I use this for my personal morning brew, so I don’t have to go downstairs for my java—sometimes it’s just hard to wake up. It does take a bit longer to brew than the full-size keurig but its small footprint makes up for the extra minute. It’s a handy little keurig! UPDATE—-after just under 3 weeks, the Keurig K15 has quit working. It spits out about 2 ml of fluid, then sounds very loud and quits. EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTING.

    We bought this April 2017 and have used it everyday. It makes the best coffee and easy to use. Doesnt take a lot of room on the counter and is perfect. Yesterday morning, Feb 10, 2017 it decided to not work. No warning at all. Put in water and coffee pressed button – nothing. No light nothing at all. So we moved to a different plug – still wont work. I purchased a 3 year extra warranty thru Asurion and emailed them. Within minutes I got a return call and they told me to call Keurigs 800 number. So I did. The guy was wonderful, apologized and said they would send me a new coffee maker within 3 days. I was shocked expecting a run around and got none. Nothing but help.

    My husband and I have been on the fence for years about getting one of these single serve products. My mother-in-law has this in her home and we really liked the fact that it was compact, simple & easy to use. Makes up to a 10 oz drink. You can remove the tray to put a slightly taller mug, but nothing tall like a travel mug (plus, you would need to make 2 separate servings to fill a travel mug). Just pour what you make in a regular mug into a travel or taller mug. There’s no water storage container; you pour water before you make you coffee/tea. Not a big deal for us and we like knowing we have fresh water with each serving. BTW we have a regular full size coffee maker, but sometimes we only want one cup &/or something special (flavored coffee). This Keurig is perfect just for that. We’ve been using this for almost a month. No problems at all.

    I bought one of the single-serve Keurigs when they first came out and I paid $99 for it. I loved it and so when it kicked the bucket, I was looking around for another. I found this purple one. This style is now going for $69. I know it’s a little bigger than the mini’s but it’s $30 cheaper too. Between my old one and this one. It doesn’t have the ounces under the lid. The old one could be filled to 6, 8 or 10 oz. A little disappointed that this one doesn’t have it. Also the pic of this one was a dark purple but when I opened the box, it was a lighter shade of purple. Though, it appears darker when no light is on it.

    The top reasons I bought one: small footprint; perfect for the weekends; on-board cord storage; easy use; machine minds it’s own energy use; no waste with reusable filter; immediate reservoir draining (no storage). I’m a home Keurig hold out, but a seasoned user managing a commercial unit in the office. I only drink coffee at home on the weekends, so it never really made sense to have one. I’ve had a trusty little Mr. Coffee 4-cupper for nearly 20 years, but lately the hot plate seems to cook my coffee unless I drink every drop within 5 minutes of brewing; usually I had to throw out the second cup and re-brew. Then I saw this little unit in a colleagues’ new office space – hello! It doesn’t take up a lot of space on my apartment kitchen counter (tart warmer for scale), and I’m able to push the cord back into the unit when not in use. Since it’s literally a single-use appliance from start to finish, water doesn’t sit in a reservoir for days when I’m not using it; it has a water level right in the reservoir to guide you to your desired cup size. There isn’t a need for the unit to always be connected to power, and it shuts itself off after 90 seconds. Just make sure the water you use is filtered (which is stated numerous times in the unit’s user guide), since the unit doesn’t appear to be equipped with its own filter like the large machines, so straight tap water might cause scale issues more quickly, and be harder to clean. Since most people have a filter water pitcher if no other filtered means are available, this shouldn’t be too hard a guideline to follow.

    I had this model in blue for years. I decided to get a replacement just in case. I could not find this model so I ordered a larger model. It crapped out the first time I used it and so was returned. Fortunately I found this new one at last. I believe this is the best model Keurig has made. I would have liked to buy it in red, but for some reason they are $200+. Four months in, it has ceased working. Makes lots of noise, dribbles out a couple of drops, water is very hot when I turn upside down to empty it.
