   I have had my Keurig since November 2024 and it works great. I use it multiple times a day to make coffee from k-cups that I purchased at the store or coffee from my reusable k-cup, or even just for hot water sometimes. The machine has 4 cup size options, 6oz, 8oz, 10oz, and 120z. I like using huge coffee cups, so often I am brewing 12 oz cups. I usually have to refill the reservoir once a day, but that is alright. There is also the strong and brew over ice options which I have not used yet but I will definitely try one day. I would recommend this machine, I like it.

   Does not brew hot coffee!Water not Hot enough, Second one. have to brew and run thru microwave 30 seconds.

   Does not appear to have the water pressure my old Keurig had. Pushing the ‘strong’ button still results in weak coffee. First time I have been disappointed in a Keurig.

   I bought this to replace our older version. It’s almost exactly the same thing but the biggest difference is the placement of the jug and the handle. Love those. As others have mentioned though, the handle struggles a bit to close over the pod that fit this machine, and it does not fit flush with the pod in it. It does still work, but I can’t see why they wouldn’t make it so that it closes properly. It also splashes a fair bit when it is running. The first machine I received made very loud noises when it was running. I sent it back and the replacement was much quieter. I think I actually liked our old one better but this one is acceptable.
