   I HIGHLY recommend this product! I love how there’s a measuring cup for everything! I made a frappe and it was so easy to follow the directions! It doesn’t take a lot of time & coffee is ready super fast! There’s also a recipe book with it to try out different flavors! This product was nicely packaged and there was absolutely no damage done to the box! Everything came wrapped up and we had all the pieces! It was super easy to set up! 10/10!!    I thought the iced coffee would be more of a cold brew option, it’s not. The frappe part would be great and it’s only ok. The coffee measurement suggestions are a lot too, I’m going through way more beans than when I had my old maker. Not worth the money tome.

   Love the look and size of this coffee maker. It is very easy to use and clean. Comes with two tumblers with measurements for ice and water and the blender has measurements on the back. The inside is very easy to clean as well. It comes with a little booklet that has recipes for different iced coffees and frappes we have tried a few and they are delish. Highly recommend this product!

   For a single cup of coffee or iced coffee without the use of PODS, I think this is a useful product. As for making frappuccinos, not so much. I don’t use the measuring scoops that came with it at all. I feel like the coffee companies getting kickbacks could be the ONLY reason they would tell you to use that much coffee for a single cup! The blender is underpowered and I did not enjoy the recipes. However, I use the thermal cup for large ice teas and breakfast smoothies everyday
