I purchased this coffee maker specifically because the bottom of the cabinets at our coffee bar would make filling the reservoir of a traditional coffee maker design difficult. I hoped this refurbished unit would not have the leaking reservoir issue but unfortunately, it does. The only way for the reservoir to not leak is if I don’t remove it, phooey.

This is my favorite coffee pot EVER! I have owned at least 15 different coffee pots but this one is awesome. It not only makes great coffee but you can pour the coffee without it dripping everywhere, even if you fast pour. I also love the water fill container in the separate container. No more lifting the pot full of water, then pouring it into the top of the pot. I love everything about this coffee pot!
