First, let me just say that I NEED coffee first thing in the morning. Second, hotel coffee is NOT good. Ever. So when I saw this portable espresso maker, I felt like I needed a do-over for all the years of business travel where I have suffered until I could get a good coffee every morning. This is brilliant, and it’s fairly easy to use. It makes a good espresso…not the same as a real espresso maker, but definitely a big step up. This takes a minute to heat up the water, then magically gives you a small espresso in the attached cup. It is heavier than I expected, but it feels solid and seems to be very good quality. Overall, this is an excellent alternative to hotel room coffee machines, and I highly recommend it.

This is great! The directions are horrible though. There’s only 3 buttons so it’s pretty easy to figure out. Just make sure you press the heating button before you brew, else it will brew without heating the water. The other downside is you have to pay attention to how hot the water is getting because it will just continue heating water until the battery dies, or until you tell it to stop and brew. You can brew straight into the cup. But because it sits so low in the cup, foam will form and overflow so you need to lift it at the end to prevent a mess.
Despite those little quirks, it’s great. Perfect for on the go or camping. I get 4 brews per charge. I’m very happy

Regalata ad un amante di caffè rimasto molto soddisfatto. Funziona bene, da l’idea di essere molto solida e resistente. Usata con le capsule l’Or. Meglio se il caffè si estrae in una tazzina (che aggiungerei tra gli accessori), se erogato direttamente nel tappo della macchinetta non c’è posto dove riporlo subito dopo l’erogazione in quanto deve rimanere in verticale e ovunque si poggi sporca. Comunque molto soddisfatta dell’acquisto, credo che ne comprerò anche io una per il lavoro.
