We bought this coffee machine because we heard it made great coffee and it was also programmable. The coffee is okay but the clock stopped working after a month and we can no longer program it. When I tried to reach out to the company, it was impossible. So now I’m stuck with a coffee maker that makes okay coffee!

It’s a shame, because with its price and ease of use, this *could* be a great coffee-maker. I say *could*, because like many of the other reviewers here, I’ve discovered its lifespan is a little over a year. For whatever reason the pump died on it after a year, and I can’t see any signs of corroded wiring or clogged tubes. I’m pretty sure this company has engineered this to be obsolete. Stay away from this product, unless you like fililng up landfills.
