Very loud when it is running the water over the K-cup. Also you have to push the button a second time to get it to finish pulling the water up from the reservoir. Despite those 2 things, sort of minor, I like it. Makes a very hot cup of coffee.

It is extremely useful. It does help brew great coffee in a very practical fashion! And it tastes great. Fitted my Contigo mug easily. Having the water deposit on the back that you don’t need to remove to fill makes it way better than most coffee machines. The down sides of it are very minor: 1) it pours inconsistent volumes. Sometimes the cup floods, sometimes it fills fine. 2) it can be messy if you go over a tiny threshold of ground coffee.
Other than that, I wish I knew this product before, hands down the best coffee machine I’ve had.

Used it on a road trip to have good coffee in the morning. A little big for that but it worked perfectly, and I did get my coffee!

It’s hard to say something is easy to use when it doesn’t work. I bought this coffee twice and both of them broke. I’m not a coffee drinker, so I didn’t want to spend a lot of money on one.
I bought the first one in April, returned it, got another and it has since broke in August. It’s a shame too because it was easy to use and people said the coffee was good.
I guess you get what you pay for.
