This coffee maker is used. The burner has black burn marks and some unidentifiable white crusty substance on the moving parts of the handle. There is also some rust. I was able to make the handle move, but it took much effort; now that it is where it needs to be for me to handle the pot safely, I cannot make it return to its resting position. A white substance encrusted in the moving joint of the handle makes it impossible to move. i HAVE NOT RECEIVED A REFUND FOR THIS FAULTY PRODUCT BUT MY DEBIT CARD HAS BEEN CHARGED 3 TIMES FOR THIS PRODUCT. ONCE ON aUG 8, AGAIN ON AUG 16, AND AGAIN ON OCT 10.
