Honestly, I love Keurig coffee makers for their convenience, however, they don’t seem to work for more than a year and they burn out. That has been my experience. I bought this unit as a result of a previous model burning out before the 5 month mark. I bought it because it was on sale for a very good price. I phoned Keurig and then was referred back to coffeemakers.us.com to ask for a warranty replacement. coffeemakers.us.com offers only a 30 day warranty so I was redirected to Keurig. Keurig has honoured the warranty as I believe they have a one year warranty and I am grateful as the appliances are expensive. I received this coffee maker without a filter holder and that’s why a 4 star rating. May change brand if these don’t last for any length of time.

I love the slim and it has definitely saved me counter space. Coffee is amazing with a do it yourself pod or the store bought. I will say that it did not come with the water stick filter that goes in the tank. Looked but not included.

It’s a bit small. You have to fill it so often.
The coffee also splashes up on the back so needs to be wiped after every cup. It is also long so it doesn’t fit on the counter very well,
