It was a gift for my son who wanted a single cup coffee maker. I thought this would be less plastic than using pods. Nope. Even the internal faucet the water comes out of is plastic.
He says it makes good coffee. It has only been a couple of weeks. I will update on wear and tear as it ages.

Great present for the man in your life (if he likes coffee or a frappe ). Easy to clean, durability, size choices, great taste, water reservoir easy to follow directions, value for your money.
To make it thicker ,we use xanthan gum with small and large ice cubes , add whipped cream and carrmel sauce !! Comes out great, just like McDonald’s.

This is the second one i got the first one i broke from my own carelessness (they are built very well, it was completely my fault) anyway it makes amazing coffee and it super easy to use so many options too only reason i didn’t give a full 5 stars is because the cord is pretty short, making it tough to plug in but that is literally the only problem with it

Very nice Frappe Maker One of my favorite things I have bought myself.
So easy to make your own Frappes. I went to you tube before purchasing and saw how it was used and the reviews were great.
Do not think you will be disappointed if you purchase this. I am real happy with it.
