We use this to make Greek coffee each and every morning. Love that you can see the process of the coffee brewing, however, it takes much longer than my other Greek coffee maker since this one is only 300 watts unlike what is advertised. I have had coffeemakers.us.com try to replace it with the 600-watt coffee maker and yet, I keep receiving a 300-watt maker. So, the description is wrong.

I will, however, keep this one and just resign myself to it taking 7 min. instead of 3 min. They just need to change the description.

Box came completely damaged. We opened the box and the item was not sealed properly. The handle was not bending properly and it was not adjusted correctly. There was dirt under the handle. It looked like the item was used. I am completely dissatisfied with this purchase.

It boils water very quickly, too quickly to be used to make Turkish coffee.
It brings cold tap water for a cup of coffee to a rolling boil in about 30 seconds.
While I’m not an expert on Turkish coffee, there’s no heat adjustment to brew more slowly.
