   This is seriously an amazingly simple but tremendously functional little coffee maker. One of the only I’ve found that actually brews HOT coffee at the correct temperature. Not only that but holds it hot as well. Great little brewer. Simple but effective.

   I purchased this coffee maker based on the look of it and the previous reviews written. Since getting it I have had no issues. It makes just enough coffee for me to have 2 cups. And it fits perfectly in my apartment kitchen.

   Have been using this for about a month of daily use and this machine works perfectly. Coffee brews well however it does brew a little slow, but not an issue for me. Easy to clean as the water reservoir does not have any weird nooks or crannies. Doesn’t take up much counter space and the cord is a decent length. The carafe is cute and almost retro looking which is why I bought it. I highly recommend this machine!

   My husband makes “fancy” coffee with two many steps and sometimes I just want an easy, quick brew. This coffee maker is perfect for that. Very easy to use and clean up is easy. The filter basket is easily removed and can be rinsed out and popped in the dishwasher. It does not come with any filters, which I believe is noted in the description.

   After struggling with irritating issues with every coffee maker I have ever purchased I finally found the perfect one. I love the size and it doesn’t leak coffee onto the counter or coffee grounds in the coffee. It’s easy to fill and no drips when pouring into your cup.

    Ordered one of these in 2021. In Jan 2022, the glass carafe broke. Black & Decker replaced it under warranty. In Oct 2023, the replacement carafe broke in almost the exact same way, and this one put a deep cut in my thumb as I was washing it at the time. This product should be recalled.

    This was a gift purchased for my father in law. Old school guy, who enjoys just plain ol cup of coffee. This thing fits the bill. It’s straightforward with no complicated buttons or directions so you can plug and load, press and get your coffee. No frills, simple and dependable. In a world full of complicated coffe drinks and all the flavors adding to the confusion, this takes coffee making back to the easy cup of joe days. Has a timer and a clock on it. Easy to clean but tough enough to keep on brewing even if your old school and only clean it once a year. Up to 5 cups at one time. The old man loves the brand and the simple method of getting his morning,noon and night cup of coffee. It’s lightweight and fits comfortably on any counter. If this has my father in law using it, it must be good. Great for just your cup of coffee and conversations on a corded house phone while you’re reading the paper. Like I said, old school.

    This coffee maker exceeds my expectations! 5 cup size is perfect for my needs – makes 2 mugs on 5-cup setting. I love the ease of filling the water tank, easy to place and remove the coffee filter. The glass carafe has a nice ergonomically handle, easy to remove the lid and fit back, and has an excellent pouring tip when pouring coffee out, no dripping at all. Best of all, it makes a really hot cup of coffee (unlike other cheaper coffee maker). It is worth buying if you don’t want to go high end or spend a lot if money for a 5-cup size coffee maker. I’m very happy with this purchase and would definitely recommend buying.

    Worked great for two people, just enough. But I bought it in June and here it is end of September and it just stopped working. On light comes on but no heat on the element and no brewing. I had a no coffee morning 😮 Will be looking for my next coffee pot and hopefully it lasts longer than this one.

    I really like this coffee maker. It’s good quality. It heats up correctly my coffee is hot after brewing. The speed is pretty fast I say like any other coffee maker. Is small and compact great for smaller spaces. I thought it would come with the filter basket but it’s ok in the owners manual it said its only included in some models.

    I’m going to have to buy a new coffee maker after 6 months because the carafe broke and was having problems with the maker anyway. Sometimes if the carafe isn’t in there perfectly it won’t drip down and gets caught all in the filter. Wouldn’t recommend unless you just need something cheap.

    I ordered this coffee maker & expected it to be delivered in new condition. The instructions suggested to clean with vinegar & water & rinse with 2 pots of water. After doing so I noticed Old coffee grounds in the filter. After taking the filter & basket out there were reddish colored coffee grounds under the basket. I use dark coffee beans & grind my own so I knew they were not mine. I don’t usually write reviews but after this experience I felt that I had to. The box was also damaged, leading me to believe that it had been used before. If there was a 0 star that would be my rating. “VERY DISSATISFIED”!!

    Pros: It’s easy to fill the water reservoir if you are left-handed. It makes the perfect amount for two people who each typically only have 1 mug in the morning. Glass carafe is nice.

    Cons: There is no auto shut-off; you must remember to shut it off. We have had some grounds splash up and get into the coffee while brewing. It happens more often with a finer ground coffee, but we have had it happen with several different types.

    This is a good basic, no frills coffee maker.

    I have been using a pour over coffee maker but it takes so long to make a cup of coffee I got tired of it. I admit the coffee was very good. I decided to try this little maker and I am so glad I did. I love coffee but I am not a coffee snob. I usually only drink it for breakfast and up till noon. I am using Folgers Decaf Black Silk which is no longer available so I will have to find another type when this is used up. I bought some Peets Dark Roast Decaf but I havent tried it yet. Back to the coffee maker….I use three tablespoons of coffee grounds to make the 5 cup water mark on the maker and it is just right for my taste. Brewing time is around ten minutes (guessing). It brews while I am cooking my eggs. The taste is really good. I like that the maker does not take up much room on my counter.
