   I finally figured out how to properly make coffee with my own grounds & I made it exactly how it says in the manual & suddenly the water won’t pour (it had been working okay right before) & the handle won’t lift back up so I can even remove the adapter- even my big strong brother-in-law couldn’t lift it back up so no more coffee at all & I’m going to have to return it with wet coffee grounds still stuck in it. Plus the coffee is always warm, NOT hot & it is very loud.

   This is our 2nd unit for our upstairs suite, the only downfall I have experienced is how low it sits and not being able to use tall mugs.

   Poorly designed packing caused broking retraining clips for cup tray. As it is not held in place, my coffee spill causing it to fall and spill all over the counter and waste several expensive coffee cartridges.

   Does a lot for a reasonable price. Loving all the pod options. Almost docked a star for the water dripping when you remove a pod after brewing. Seems mostly avoidable if you aren’t removing immediately. Also louder than k cup only brewers. Coffee flavor seems great to me, granted never owned a real espresso machine myself.

   Kotlie espresso and coffee machine is slim and compact on the counter. It’s very easy to use and set up. I followed instruction to run a round of just water to a cup to flush out the machine before the first use. It has multiple water levels selection, and it supports a few kinds of espresso capsules from Nespresso, kcup, and most impressive of all you can use their adapter for your own coffee grounds as well. (They provide 4 extra adaptors for each purpose). I have some L’Or espresso capsules and they work perfectly with this machine. The cream is awesome and the temperature is just right. Warm without it being way too hot. I use a milk foamer to heat up some milk for a real latte experience. I’m so happy with this machine and I’m certain that everyone would love it as well.

    Really love this machine and it’s great value for money.

    It looks like a nice simple design that will suit most kitchens, especially the black version which I have as it’s quite neutral rather than a specific colour.

    I LOVE the fact you can use multiple types of pods and ground coffee with it. There are a range of drinks for both Nespresso machines as well as dulce gusto, but some are available to one and not the other, so being able to utilise both is amazing, the trays that you swap out to use different pods feel well designed and is a breeze to use and rinse out. Only thing you have to be careful of is the needle that’s used to pierce dulce gusto pods as not only do you not want to hurt yourself on it but you don’t want to dull it by placing it down on a hard surface. We use a drying rack that goes above the sink so we let the needle sit between the gaps when it’s drying so it doesn’t get damaged.

    Honestly worth it for the sole reason of switching between Nespresso and dulce gusto pods, sometimes one type might be on sale too which means you can save money by getting whatever’s cheapest at the time and not be limited by what machine you own.

    I’m no longer stuck to choosing just one pod size. I can now pretty much purchase anyone I want. I love the smaller compact design. It is also super quick. You can customize your drink volume in units of 2oz and 6oz. Perfect for my guy with his super concentrated 2oz espresso. Just wish it was a wee bit taller. My regular size coffee mugs don’t fit under the spout without having to remove the drain tray. His tiny cups fit perfect haha.
