   This product is great while it lasts, which is unfortunately only about a year and a half.

   Purchased my unit in march of 2023, the weighted lid started sticking relatively quick as some of the other comments have mentioned, but that was easy enough to mitigate. My real problems just recently started where I would have to run the espresso setting twice to get the full distillation, that only lasted about a week and now my heating element won’t even get the water hot enough to pass half of the distillation through and I have officially retired the espresso portion and now just have a pricy milk frother.

   I love the idea, and simplicity of the design, but the longevity leaves a lot to be desired.

   This so far is the best coffee maker I have ever had. It has many amazing features that are way over my expectation. The coffee machine is made to require minimum barista skills and come out with the better taste than most of the coffee shops around. With just one click I can get latte, cappuccino, espresso or macchiato. I especially love the frothier which conveniently integrated in the machine. It makes thick and smooth form with tiny luxurious bubbles that are so creamy. Mechanically, the machine is very user friendly. All the features are very straightforward. I didn’t even turn to the user instruction before my first try. Also, it is very easy to clean. I usually just rinse it with warm tap water and maybe wipe it with a light cloth. In addition, I really love the sleek design and modern presentation of the machine. It’s a nice decoration to my countertop. I already have a Nespresso, a French press, a pour over, and stove-top percolator, but this is now my go-to machine every morning. Overall, if you are very picky about your morning coffee, you have limited time and you are on a budget, then this is your best choice.

   This first of all is not machine washable and there are a ton of ting parts that you have to take apart and clean and put all of it back together.

   And worst part is it will break and cause a ton of bad smelling smoke. And now it’s in the garbage after just 3 uses. This happened to my sister’s one that she bought too, from this same brand.

   I have a Starbucks addiction and my wallet is feeling the strain. I was looking for something that made great coffee and was easy to use. This checked all the boxes. Its easy to use, super easy to clean, and the espresso tastes great! I’ve used it to make hot lattes, iced lattes, matcha, and chai. My only suggestion is to pick up a coffee grinder brush to help remove the spent grounds from the filter. 10/10 would buy again.

   Love this set. It fits right on my desk. I didn’t include the top pieces as they are in my kitchen at the moment. It makes the perfect drink when needed in the afternoon or morning. Wish I could have got have caught the mug set on sale. 😭 Either way, it’s a great product.

   Looking for small size and under $200 multiple coffee maker, this is very perfect fit my limit space in kitchen. Is great that makes a cup of coffee, cappuccino, but it makes me surprised the milk from cup make green tea lattes very good, save me a lot money to buy outside lol
