   Arrived early, beautifully packaged, all pieces intact and setup was 5 mins (after washing everything first). I also ordered the combo pack of reusable metal 1 cup mini filters and the metal mesh regular size filters. This unit is easy to program, clean, and use. Best coffee I’ve brewed in years! I’d buy it as a gift or again for myself! Well worth the price, totally satisfied with this purchase.

   I bought this Oct, 16 2022. So right at a year now. Ninja is one of my favorite products. Approx. 3 months ago it started acting up. It keeps telling me I need to add water when it is already full. I thought I might just need to clean it again but that did nothing to help. So, every time I make coffee now I have to stand there and push the start button several times before it actually starts brewing. Which means I can’t set the timer to start brewing before I get up etc etc. I have not been able to find a trouble shooting video yet, but I will keep looking. Otherwise it is a nice machine. At least the frother works as it should.

   I was looking for a coffee maker that made hot and cold coffee. I bought a different brand, and it lasted a week. I mistakenly bought this one because I thought I was buying one that took pods, but I was pleasantly surprised. I forgot how good fresh coffee was, and I am enjoying the cold brew feature on this machine. The water reserve is large. You can make single cups or whole pots. A great item to have in your kitchen!

   This is our second Ninja Coffee Maker and we will most likely never use any other. The options on this coffee maker (and other Ninja Coffee Makers alike) are really packed into a nicely sized appliance. We Mostly love the many coffee making options it has available but for me, the strength of coffee it brews by the default settings is always something I look forward to. The pre-set options we use a lot and they are easy to set. In addition, these coffee makers do not require a lot of cleaning. Once in a while, the clean button will turn on and you should use a mixture of water and vinegar to thoroughly clean this. Best to stick with the cleaning settings when it notifies you. If you clean it too often, there is a chance it will get stuck on clean mode (this is what happened the last Ninja we had). We have had this coffee maker for a little over 4 years and it still works as well as it did on the first day (and I accidentally bought a refurbished/open box). I highly recommend this coffee maker, most items Ninja make are made well.
