   This is an expensive unit but it is amazing quality and has the 12oz size. But that still isn’t big enough I wish they would have a machine with 8oz-16oz. Everyone now takes coffee in an insulated mug and they are large so you have to make 3 cups to fill them which equals a lot of money

    The machine was really quick to set up. Brews great. Perfect measurements of desired oz. Extremely easy to use, however the needle gets clogged and causes an error message to appear if you don’t do a few (2-3) rinse cycles regularly (1-2 days). Depending on usage regularly could be daily, to every other day, or 3rd day. Our machine is used in an office environment and needs the rinse cycle (no k-pod inserted, just let it brew with water) at least every other day.

    This unit worked for about 3 months. No making weak blends and I tried cleaning the needle and de-scaling. After that, called customer service and after on hold for almost an hour, was told need to talk to a member of the “commercial team”. This is a joke. So much for quick and really cool customer service from Keurig, it’s obviously been farmed out

    I do wish they came out with a comparably priced HomeKit smart home that’s identical to this touchscreen model. I would gladly pay for that capability, and I think they would sell off the shelves with the growing popularity of HomeKit market. I guess to get this quality you gotta go on the commercial side. Stated to be commercial, although obviously works in the residential setting perfectly just have to look up the codes to get into the customization part of the menu to be able to program your preferences. Overall it just feels solid and well-designed, only complaint as I do wish the water preheated slightly quicker. Happy customer!
