   Lalord Pour Over Coffee Maker is a wonderful addition to my coffee bar. There is just nothing quite like a good pour over coffee (and a double pour over for that matter). On the back of the box, it will tell you everything you need to do in order to make the perfect pour over coffee and it is literally quite fantastic at it. Inside of the box you will find the Glass Carafe, 100 V60 Paper Filters and a Glass Lid for doing the actual pour over. All of it looks really quite nice and is quite functional. The only area I dinged this (and really it’s a 4.5 out of 5 for me but I cannot reflect that), is that the glass is actually extremely thin (huge plus for it being borosilicate glass but a large negative for the overall thickness). The problem with borosilicate glass when it is this thin is that it can be brittle (funny enough, it’s also known for it’s strength even when being thin), My point really is that something like this with parts that need to be interacted with really ought to be thicker for extra durability as I can easily see one wrong move and shattering the glass. For the price point, I certainly see a very great value here and would recommend it, just make sure to treat it with care knowing that it’s extremely fragile and that it will likely not survive a drop.

   Definitely a unique styled pour over for a great price! Used for a year & it’s easy to clean & the wood is still in great condition. I recommend hand washing the pour over top. You can either hand wash the carafe or throw it in the dishwasher.

   Purchased this for my daughter’s dorm room, she loves it! Better option than plastic, it is glass and the boiling water does not touch anything but the glass. The wood part looks very stylish and makes a good lid. Good design as the liquid does not come in contact with the wood either. Love it!

   The hole in this set is large like a funnel. It’s a sweet set but most definitely not for coffee. Look at the xoxo one. It makes great coffee. Sadly xoxo is not glass.

    I have used a couple of different brands of drippers this one works the best so far. The drainage speed is just perfect for the flavor and the self contained paper filters fit very well.

    I got tired of drinking my coffee pushed through the plastic of K-cups, they are convenient but wasteful and expensive. On the hunt for a pour over that did not allow my coffee to contact anything but glass, I chose this one and it works great. My wife often times only drinks coffee on the weekends so I usually need a cup or two. This works perfect-easy to clean and has been durable. I like being able to control the strength of my coffee via the grind and concentration. I also prefer paper filters for ease and taste. If you want more than two large (or three small) cups, this one is too small. When making one cup the glass filter assembly fits nicely on every mug I own and there’s no carafe to clean. To clean I just rinse with water because I’m sensitive to soap taste in my coffee no matter how often I rinse. S wipe with vinegar does the trick if you think it’s needed but I haven’t. Only wish they made a larger one say 34oz for when company is over. I would like to own both sizes. I would buy again.

    The coffee “Pour Over Maker Set” is very misleading, because it only holds 2 mugs of coffee. Which is about 12 oz of coffee. The picture they show on coffeemakers.us.com is not accurate.

    Edit: I reduced to 4 start because I noticed that the lid doesn’t cover the whole glass carafe (see picture) and the coffee touches the silicon rubber below the wooden part during the brewing process (which I’m not really comfortable with). I already have a v60 pour over but I decided to give the Lalord Pour Over Coffee maker a try to expand my options. I like the design of the pour over and I’m extremely happy about the Walnut Handle which makes it easy and safe to put the pour over on mugs or the glass carafe. Moreover, the glass of the coffee pot feels very sturdy so I’m not worried about putting the pot into the dishwasher or moving it around in general (I also have the coffee from hario which feels a lot thinner and delicate). As you can see from the picture, I ordered the grey version but I think the version with clear glass looks much better. Design-wise it looks like the cyper-pot in the coffee pot world. All in all, the set is definitely worth its money.

    While this is low tech when it comes to making coffee, this is my preferred method to making coffee. Cleaning the garage is easy and can be put it into the dishwasher for additional cleaning. I do recommend buying this item if you wanted a consistent cup of coffee brewed by your own hands.
