   I was excited to set this unit up, unfortunately there’s no tank for water as it says in the title so it’s completely useless to me. The unit arrived intact, but I don’t have a suitable water line hookup. I thought ordering the model with the included tank in the title would get me the tank. What a waste of time.

   Less than a year and it no longer works. I keep getting Error Code 17 stating Overpressure detected. I have shut it off several times and restarted and done several rinse brews….no luck. VERY disappointed that a “commercial” brewer being used for two cups a day would fail like this. NOT worth the price! I had a conventional Keurig that lasted several years but when it was time to “upgrade” felt it was a worthwhile investment since I love the product. I could have bought 3 machines for what I paid for this one. VERY DISAPPOINTED.
