   I bought this for my boyfriend’s birthday since he loves iced coffee and seemed like a great idea, even though it took almost a month to arrive. He was very excited to try it. However, the machine is not working and he couldn’t get his coffee. The button doesn’t work correctly since it will light up but doesn’t brew the coffee even though t is full of water. Sometimes it will brew it for two seconds and stop. But most of the time even if you press the button nothing happens. And it’s supposed to brew until the water is empty. We have tried googling also the different problems this machine might have (which are a lot) and done what the people said in order to fix it, but it still doesn’t work. We thought we leave it to cool down and try again.. but of course that doesn’t work either. In the end, we cannot use it.

   Big disappointment and waste of money.

   This is the most we get out of it. Power won’t come on to make any ice coffee. Use it to take up counter space. Very disappointed more so as it was a Christmas gift for our daughter. Replaced with one from Target for her and we got the paper weight since coffeemakers.us.com says we can’t return due to 30 day policy yet we purchased less than 20 days ago.

   I absolutely love this iced coffee maker.
   I saw where some said their button didn’t work? I thought at 1st mine didn’t either. I didn’t realize you had to pull off the whole top to pour the water in. I was just pulling out the filter basket to pour the water in. You have to take the top that holds the filter basket out to pour the water into the part that heats it. *Then the light will come on when you push it. I’m going to buy another one for the motorhome. The coffee tastes awesome.

   This is amazing. Ty Mr. Coffee💕 I was surprise at how much ground coffee they wanted u to use but I follows directions and I was impressed. I use dunkins ground coffee and coffee mate French vanilla creamer. I use it all the time.

   Happened to see this pop up on coffeemakers.us.com while looking for something else and decided to give it a look. Glad I did. I used it today and was very pleased with the coffee it made. The measurements the instructions tell you to use are just right for a delicious iced coffee. It definitely melts your ice initially but I just added more. I think the key is to have really large ice cubes maybe from an ice tray. I’ll be using this regularly from now on!

   Don’t think about it just do it. I was very skeptical of bad reviews; which almost made me not purchase it.. yes IT DOES BREW HOT. BUUUTT it’s very concentrated so your coffee still comes out strong without a watered down taste! I’m very picky about my iced coffee & this has brewed it to perfection each time. I will be saving a lot of money with this because I love my home brewed iced coffee better than $5 Starbucks & Dunkin’.. (shocked I’m even saying that lol) There are so many flavored coffees, creamers, & syrups out there it’s almost impossible to not find a combination you’re gunna fall in love with to brew your own coffeee at home & save some money. Coming from a very picky person…. I’d 10/10 recommend!

   I would have given 5 stars but the first one I purchased – only lasted a few months then started leaking. I purchased a 2nd one – because I use this literally every day. I LOVE McDonalds unsweet tea – and was buying 1 or 2 a day. When I saw this iced coffee maker on sale – I immediately purchased it but not for iced coffee – for iced tea! Perhaps you need to rebrand – to iced coffee and iced tea maker. I fill with water – use one or two tea bags – and it makes perfect iced tea. I’m never going back. I love the tumbler but when it’s not clean, I just reuse a washed McDonalds cup from a recently purchased iced tea when I’m out an about.

    I have been using this Ice Coffee maker without any issues mechanically over the past few months. It works as described. It produces coffee quickly ( I prefer to leave the valve closed and let is sit for an extra minute after it is done perculating as it gives me the richer deep flavor I enjoy). Coffee is hot but still works as described for ice coffee. You get the best of both hot and cold from this. I would purchase again.

    2 parts of coffee pot bottom is water and top is where you place your filter and coffee grounds. Use the tumbler for measurements it helps so you do not overflow the bottom portion, definitely worth the value, can have cold coffee just add ice or you can have hot coffee, I have saved money since buying this product. At first it does take forever to start. Does have a switch to drain coffee or not to pour.
    Comes with a small book of iced coffee recipes that you would buy from Starbucks or Dunkin.
