   VERY IMPORTANT!!!! I want to start with this is a great machine and I did purchase the additional warranty just in case. It makes awesome coffee and I love the frother (even though you cannot run frother and coffee dripper simultaneously) After 2 months, I did experience significant leakage and in my mind deemed the machine as faulty. After running a complete cleaning cycle with the assistance of Nespresso support, my leakage problem was ENTIRELY resolved. If you don’t like reading manuals, then contact Nespresso for assistance with a complete cleaning cycle. Going forward, I will endeavor to clean this machine more regularly to ensure smooth coffee making. Now I can say, I would purchase this machine again.

   I’ve been eyeing this machine for a while (smaller version) but could not justify the price tag. Tried another pod coffee maker and the coffee was too weak for my liking so I use a regular coffee maker and a frother to make my lattes at home. This machine has changed my life!! The machine does come with an array of sample pods for you to figure out which ones work best. There is also a 10 dollar discount coupon for your 1st order. I linked my machine to my phone and it gives you the status of your machine. The coffee comes out strong and frothy! Keep I’m mind that you can pick the straight to your liking! Mediums have been my favorite! There are 3 temperature settings and 3 foam settings. Cons: the machine is loud to make and brew coffee. It does not come with a carafe.

   I don’t think it’s worth the value for the money. When I received the box, the package weren’t fully secure with additional coffeemakers.us.com box, its was arrived with beat up nespresso box. While I generally appreciate Nespresso products, this specific machine was a letdown. Unfortunately, it underperformed from the start. The heating system was inconsistent, and after brewing my first capsule, the machine began leaking water. This issue made basic maintenance, like cleaning, nearly impossible. Additionally, the milk frother failed to deliver the quality or functionality advertised.

   Though I can’t speak for the entire product line, the build quality of this unit felt subpar. It’s unclear whether I received a defective item or if this reflects the model’s overall design. Thankfully, coffeemakers.us.com’s return process was hassle-free.

   Ultimately, I switched to the Breville 881 and have been thrilled with its performance. It’s a stark contrast to my experience with this Nespresso machine.

   We’re really loving our Vertuo Creatista so far. We did purchase when it was on sale, but regardless, it’s probably one of the best purchases we’ve made in a while (we’ve honestly said this to each other a few times since purchasing). We were avid Starbucks goers and our coffee bills were really adding up. We went from a Keurig to this machine and it is quite the upgrade. Truly tastes like a coffee shop latte. We primarily use this to make lattes/cappuccinos and the frother is really great. We weren’t sure we were ready for a more professional espresso maker and all the steps that went into grinding our own beans, tamping the grinds down, etc., so this really was the perfect machine for us. We love that it’s 1 touch for the frother and 1 touch for the coffee/espresso pod. Really easy to use and maintain. The Nespresso pod options are also really great – definitely tastier all around compared to Keurig. Would recommend this unit to anyone looking for coffee-shop-grade drink (especially lattes/cappuccinos), but who isn’t ready to commit to a more laborious machine. Hoping we continue to have 0 issues with it, but will upgrade my review if we see a decline in function.

   The unit has elegant design. It is easy to use. The quality and taste of coffee made using this machine is very good. The milk frother works easy and self clean itself. Keep in mind that you need to clean the milk frother with a damp cloth after each use. This doesn’t bother me because it is a quick wipe. I recommend this unit!

   What an amazing machine! I love that you can do espresso and coffee! Easy to use and heats up fast! The pod is ejected to a bin on the side for easy clean up, the frother works amazing and easy to clean as well, I can now make my favorite Starbucks drinks in the comfort of my home. It is sleek and shiny and looks great on the counter. It will do different size coffees and espresso so you can make any drink you want!     I truly wish I could give this machine more stars. However, buyer beware. First, this machine is beautiful and it makes a good beverage. There is a design flaw. Water pours out of the bottom of the unit, and it seems it’s by design. The excess water is to flow into a bottom tray when frothing milk. This is NOT water that is from dripping, this is water that exits the water tank in mass via a tube. That tube, is somewhat directed into the bottom tray. Problem is it comes out with such force that it ejects from th bottom middle of the machine and over shoots the tray. There are many reports of this. I purchased this unit and had to return it because it always has water under the machine and there is no fix. You are paying. lot of money for a pretty machine, however – they are all defective……… Nespresso-Breville, hope you are listening and come out with a retrofit for this unit or a re design…..

    I never used any pod coffee makers, but this Breville Nespresso coffee maker blew me away! It creates cafe shop’s quality at home! It is nice that the machine comes with a milk frother, so you can save time in the busy morning. It is quite fast to complete frothing and brew coffee. It is easy to operate the machine after reviewing the manual available in YouTube. ( QR code is in the booklet, so booklet itself is thin.) Water tank is detachable and easy to clean. Milk frother wand needs to be wiped each time after use with a damp cloth, but the wand is very hot, so you have to be careful not to touch it. The machine is a bit bigger than I expected, but I managed to find space on my kitchen counter. Overall the machine is of top-notch quality and I am quite happy with it.

    Love the creamy coffee this machine makes! So far, my husband and I are very pleased with the quality although it’s more than what we would have liked to spend. We did buy it used for less than $700 so better deal than a sale. We didn’t notice any cosmetic damage or issues, so glad we got it used for a better deal.
    The milk frother is the highlight – able to set 3 modes of temperature to your liking and how much you’d like the milk to froth.
    It looks aesthetically pleasing on the kitchen counter. Glad we got the all stainless steel to match our appliances. At first I was worried about the fingerprints, but it’s really not a big deal or leaves any noticeable prints unless you touch the machine with greasy, dirty hands. Beautiful machine that does a great job making a delicious cup of coffee every morning, which is something I look forward to daily!

    I bought this for myself as a birthday present as it had a great sale price. I love it. The frother is super convenient and it makes great coffee. I’ve had a Nespresso for a couple of years that came with a separate frother that I never used. My non-frothing days ended with this. BONUS – the frother is self cleaning. It takes longer to warm up when making the coffee, but I’m used to that now. Totally recommend this machine. It’s a step up from my first Nespresso Vertuo machine.

    Makes great coffee. The leaking is spill over from the catch trey. During the stem cycle water will flow into the trey that is underneth the unit. However, the trey full tab does not pop up in time and the water leaks from the trey underneth on the counter. I put 3 small felt pads that fit the feet of the coffee maker to make it slightly higher than the trey and this helped move the water to the front of the catch trey. For me problem solved.

    I agree the price is a little high but it was the ONLY thing my husband wanted for Xmas! I Deexided to get the all metal model with hopes of easier cleaning and what not. Wow not only is it easier to clean than the other machine nespresso makes but it makes really good beverages! They really put a lot of thought into the design with this model! The steamer is awesome too! And I love the auto disposal waste bin it has, saves us time in having to throw each pod away! Another reason I got this is that the pods are recyclable seeing that they’re aluminum! Oh and you get your drinks fast, it takes little effort when you first turn it on to warm up and brew your drinks I would say it take around 30 – 45 seconds to heat up and make the coffee properly! I really love how easy to clean. I emphasize this because all the other machines I’ve had it was a pain in the ass! Get it and love it !

    I’ve used Nespresso in the past and have had a machine that is now 5 years old. But this one, comes with the milk frother! This is a very good sized coffee/espresso maker, utilizing the Vertuo Pods. It comes with the stainless steel milk jug that can hold 8oz. The water tank is in the back so it is not in the way and allows a narrow profile. The pods fit at the top and the machine will not work unless it is locked in place. In about 30 seconds, your pod is empty and ready to mix with milk. Once you open the top the pod automatically falls into the disposable tray, which is great so you know it will always be empty and ready for the next pod. As an added bonus, this came with a 12 pod sample pack (8 different espressos and 4 coffee). Again, Nespresso makes your coffee/espresso making a very easy and fast experience.

    This is my first Nespresso machine and it’s very easy to use. I read a review about the red light being on and overheating. We had the same issue and we think we figured it out. We have it on its own outlet and so far it has not overheated.

    This machine was awesome for 3 weeks then it would only make one cup before it would overheat and stop.
    Contacted Nespresso and won’t through a factory reset but the problem continued.They said they were sending me a label to return it to them … that was a week ago and now it’s past my return date with coffeemakers.us.com.. this machine is now a thousand dollar piece of scrap.
    I will give Nespresso another couple of days to send me a return label to them.
    I expected more from Breville/Nespresso made items and customer services.
    Very disappointing.
    Update:I received a box and label 3 days after writing my first review,I packed it up and sent it off the next day .. here it is over 2 weeks later and no sign of my machine .

    I’ve never been more disappointed with a coffee machine especially considering the price I paid. I’ve had the Vertuo Creatista over a year and a half and it’s simply not reliable.

    It has two major issues. The first, is that the machine leaks from the bottom each and every time I run a machine rinse and occasionally when I rinse the milk frothing wand. It’s just part of my routine now that I place a stack of paper towels underneath the machine when I plan to do any sort of machine rinse. The second is that I’m forced to waste several coffee pods to eventually get one cup of coffee. It’s apparently because the machine has issues reading the pod’s barcode underneath the pod’s rim. It doesn’t matter whether it’s a Nespresso pod or some other brand, I’m constantly greeted by the flashing red light on top of the pod compartment. I’ve cleaned the plastic pod reader inside the pod compartment, then completed a manufacturer’s reset by holding down the milk temperature button for the required number of seconds. All to no avail! I have decided not to buy any more pods until I’ve gone through the ones I have, so as not to waste any more money on this machine and then I’ll toss this useless machine into the trash.
