   I don’t drink tea, but this thing makes awesome cold brew. Fill up the filter with ground coffee, fill with water, let sit 24 hours, BOOM! great iced coffee

   Love the cold brew I am able to make from home! So much better than coffee shop or store bought cold brew! Grind beans on coarse, fill metal strainer to top with grounds, fill with room temp. water and brew 12-24 hours on counter. Remove grounds & store in fridge 2/3 weeks. Start with 1:2 ratio coffee to milk of choice.

   I have loved the PRYMAL brand creamer that I can buy through coffeemakers.us.com and ships directly from manufacturer. So much better for you than store bought creamers! So many great flavors, great tasting and good for you! Salted caramel and Mocha taste great mixed together. I mix the powder with my ratio of milk for cold brew, warm the milk slightly first to mix the creamer better with my frother. Add to my ice and cold brew. Enjoy!!

   I got this because I want to make cold brew coffee. -You got a filter for the cold brew coffee and a strainer piece to put fruit or I’m guessing teabags into. You can use either one. -The directions show you how to install the spout, which was easy. -It doesn’t say anything about washing instructions. I washed all the parts in the dishwasher and they came out fine. -It also doesn’t say if it’s BPA free I took a picture of what it says on the bottom. I’m not sure what that means but if you do there it is. -it doesn’t come with directions on how to make your cold brew coffee or tea so you’ll need to figure it out. I’m guessing for the coffee it’s just like you would for the coffee machine into five scoops for 5 cups of water. Overall, this was cheaper than most cold brew systems so I figured I’d try it worst case if it doesn’t work, I can use it for water or juice for the kids.

   Easy to assemble. Easy to use. The spout does not leak. Easy to clean. I made a batch of pineapple mint lemonade to drink throughout the week. Small enough to store in the refrigerator without taking up much space.

   I wasn’t very happy with this. I have previously owned the giant glass/metal mesh one gallons, but I wanted to try something lighter and not take up as much space in the fridge. The mesh part for the coffee isn’t big enough in my opinion, and the top part with the lid does not seal well enough. I will be going back to glass.

   The slant at the bottom is a nice little feature, and the 2 baskets. Edit, from a month or two later: The pitcher holds a gallon, but the coffee basket only holds 1.5 cups of grounds. So, if you are looking up recipes that say to use a 4:1 water:grounds ratio, you wouldn’t put enough water in this to reach the basket. When I used it, I just filled the basket with coffee and filled the pitcher with water, topping it off after I had the basket in place because otherwise it would displace some water. I let it brew on the counter for 10 hours, then in the fridge another 4 hours, and the resulting cold brew is probably a little less concentrated than the other recipes, but tastes good. For serving (to myself) I do a little less than 1/2 water and ice, a little more than 1/2 coffee, and add some creamer. I hope you liked this update 🙂

   It literally went in the trash. The top doesn’t stay and it just makes a mess everywhere. We used it for iced tea sugary water everywhere. It’s just so not worth it. Buy something else. If the top stayed on it would be awesome, but it doesn’t and it leaks too. Unless they re-engineered it I wouldn’t take it for free.

   I love this, I use it every morning. I prefer ice coffee and this is perfect for that. Only downfall I would say is the spout sometimes leaks a couple drops after using it. But great overall!

    This is a nice little iced coffee system! Has a metal filter for coffee and plastic strainer for tea bags or maybe coffee pods? The container is made of high quality plastic. I prefer iced coffee so this was an awesome find for me! Love it.
