   makes excellent consistent nespresso coffees for a bargain price (among espresso machines)..no bells and whistles but i drink coffee for the coffee not sugar and milk foam. a real high quality machine at bargain prices if coffee is what you like.

   This one is by Breville and is fairly quiet. I had the same one from the other manufacturer and it was like a plane was landing in the kitchen. It is a good size, does not take too much room on the counter, is easy to use.

   What a pain in the ass coffee machine. From random errors causing pods to be wasted to having to call tech support 1 week into ownership this has been a completely annoying machine to own. I own multiple Vertuo Machines that work flawlessly years after purchase yet this Vertuo Next after 2 months is going in the garbage. So disappointed in this version of your coffee machines. Forcing me to use your app so I need to carry my phone around when making a cup of coffee in case there is another error is ridiculous. Instead of installing a WI-FI receiver in your coffee machine perhaps just make it work reliably like your other machines, and while your at it give it a useful water tank. The lid easily flipping off and tumbling into the water tank when your trying to put the tank back on is quite annoying.

    I bought it because it said like new, and this machine arrived. The box was tattered, and the coffee machine was full of dust, both outside and inside, as if it had been accumulating for several years. I returned it immediately after receiving it, but have not received a refund yet. Never buy it.

    I use this machine mainly for cups of coffee rather than espresso shots but for the short amount of time it takes for it to brew a cup it also makes a very nice cup of of coffee, the one downfall is it does not like to pour one pod after the other due it overheating, but if you make one cup for yourself in the morning then it is perfect.

The customer service on these machines is outstanding and the warranty on Nespresso machines is excellent. They really stand behind their products.

    The pictured latch must be moved and locked to brew. However it is very stiff and difficult for someone with arthritis in their hands. It hurts! Otherwise the coffee is great. I would not have purchased if I had known it took so much hand strength to use.

    For whatever reason, the original machine brewed coffee but failed to produce the crema that the Nespresso machine is so well known for from their ads. When contacted about that, their customer service representative spent an hour with me on a video call, brewing several cups of coffee to try to find the problem. When it became apparent that, after many attempts, the crema was not going to materialize, they simply sent me a new machine and even replaced all of the coffee pods used to test the machine. Fast forward 14 months, after the warranty expired, their customer service rep was again contacted to assist with a problem. The machine appeared to start to brew coffee but would immediately shut down, and there was no apparent error message to indicate what the problem was. While the service rep originally thought the machine simply needed to be cleaned, the problem persisted. After two subsequent video calls to investigate the cause further, they simply said they were sending us a new machine. An impressive response.
