    While the portability of this espresso maker is unparalleled – light, small, easy to take with you – the inner components makes you wish it was better, the two ‘filters’ that are made of aluminum has holes that are too large for espresso grinds, leading to coffee grinds making it to the top chamber. This could be mitigated with two solutions; getting a finer filter internals or using a coffee filter to make sure the grinds don’t pass to the top chamber. Apart from that, this moka pot is perfect, heats up quick and makes good coffee. Would be 5 out of 5 if the filters were stainless steel and finer holes. This will not be a problem for coarser grinds of coffee but moka pots are for espressos.
