I have long been a fan of fellow products but until recently had not tried any of their brewers. Decided to pull the trigger on the Aiden and have really enjoyed the experience so far. Setup was very intuitive and within minutes I was ready to go. I have been using the medium and light roast preset brews which even my pea brain cannot mess up. Especially in the early morning, it is nice to select the brew, grind the recommended amount of beans, press the button and go. Still tweaking my grind setting, but each cup has been flavorful and balanced. Truly a joy to use every morning and looks great on the counter. Hosted my in laws and made great use of the carafe for 4 people. I cannot wait for my fellow drop to arrive so I can use the roaster recommended preset. Still loads of other features to explore. Wish I had made the jump long ago!!

3 Weeks of Ownership. Purchased on 1/27/25 – and registered my machine with Fellow to obtain an extra year warranty. So hopefully I am covered till 1/27/27. First off, I wouldn’t call myself a coffee snob. My previous machine was a Ninja with reusable filters, and after comparing its brew to the Aiden, I noticed that the difference is like night and day. I haven’t tried brewing with high-end coffee beans yet, but I plan to in the future. After three weeks of use, my overall impression of the Fellow Aiden coffee maker is positive. I appreciate its compact design, which takes up minimal space on my counter. While I have some concerns about the plastic build quality, it hasn’t affected the taste of the coffee so far. The heat-retentive carafe does a good job of keeping coffee warm for a few hours, despite some negative reviews about the lack of a heating plate. In fact, I see this as a benefit, as it helps avoid that burnt coffee flavor. The removable 1.5L water tank is another great feature—I simply fill it using the RO water system installed on my sink. I also like the inclusion of two filter baskets: one for single-serve brewing (up to 450 mL or three cups) and a larger one for brewing a full carafe. So far, everything has been working smoothly, and I have no complaints!

This is an amazing coffee maker! I’ve used this everyday for the past week and the programming and functions are great. It comes with the ability to pair to an app which then allows for easier programming on brew specifics and makes scheduling a brew incredibly easy. However, the app isn’t required! Everything can be changed easily on the dial settings on the brewer itself. The brew quality is just as good as a pour over and allows for a batch brew with pour over quality. I’ve worked for years as a barista and would say this is definitely the best at home brew system I’ve ever used. It’s quiet, easy to clean, and incredibly customizable. It even comes with several preset recipes based on the roast of coffee and tells you how many grams to use of each bean. I would recommend this to anyone— experienced barista or coffee amateur! My go-to every morning for the past 3 months. One drawback that a lot of people already highlighted is the user interface and button combo on the machine itself. The user interface could benefit from a redesign to better suit a round screen with a single button to operate the whole thing. This is easily fixable and doesn’t affect the overall quality of the machine and the coffee it makes. The application available on your phone solves (kinda) the user interface problem and makes it easier to configure your brew profiles. Overall, this coffee maker delivers incredible and consistent coffee every morning.

The coffee machine itself is very sleek and has an abundance of brew options. However, for the price of this machine, you’d think you’d get longer than 45 mins of hot coffee. The fellow Aiden Brewer has been amazing for my wife and I.
