Functionality is comparable to a brand name machine. Obviously a lot of the parts are cheap plastic where a nicer machine would be metal, but thatโs a small trade off for the price/functionality. Where it lost a star is the issue of replacement parts. The plastic handle on my portafilter broke and I canโt find a place to get a compatible replacement.

First off the porta filter handle broke where the metal meets the cheap plastic. After replacing the porta filter everything was fine. Well now after 2 1/2 months, I can no longer make Steam and hot water because theyare coming out from where you put the porta filter instead of the wand. I need to do a warranty claim but am unable to find any way to do this. My purchase was made from Home Depot.

I been using this every morning for about a year now with little issue. However, recently I had a clog. This required disassembling the grinding components โ clogs are going to happen, I get it. What’s frustrating is the manual is clearly not written by an english speaker & has no mention of maintenance procedures.
What’s worse is there’s seemingly no information online โ which blows my mind.
If anybody knows what sort of lubricant is used for the bottom section of the grinder, it would be much appreciated. I’ve even looked for grinders by other companies that look like this one, but haven’t found one, so I’m not sure what to call it..a driver maybe? โ I’ve included a photo.
