If you select 60 ℃, the water temperature will be automatically maintained at 60 ℃, and when the water temperature falls below 55 ℃, the water temperature will be automatically heated to 60 ℃. 110 °C and above is always heated to boiling and can be used to make herbal tea, milk tea, boiling water, etc. The tube in the coffee urn is used to support the filter.
