The directions are seriously lacking. It does roast coffee beans. We are still working to find the right time and temperatures

After a year of regular use it seems that the heating element is dying on it, as it does not heat as well as it used to. Using the same recipe and time I now get under cooked beans unless i increase the temperature to compensate. Good for a quick fix but for long term use i would not recommend.
